How do I book tickets?
Choose an event, select a ticket type and quantity (up to 8 per reservation), then enter your contact details. Save the booking reference shown on the confirmation page.
How does payment work?
Online payments are not enabled yet. Payment is arranged directly with the organizer, who manually confirms your reservation after receiving it. Never send money for events labeled Sample event. Those are demonstration listings.
How long is my reservation held?
Your reservation is held for up to 24 hours or until the event begins, whichever comes first. If payment has not been confirmed by then, it expires and the tickets become available again.
Where are my tickets?
Open My tickets and enter your booking reference and email. When payment is confirmed, each guest gets a unique admission code. Use Print / save tickets to print them or save a PDF in your browser.
Will I get an email?
When the organizer enables email, you receive a reservation receipt after booking and ticket details after payment confirmation. Check your spam folder too. Always save your booking reference and private booking link; My tickets also works if email delivery is delayed.
Can I use a ticket more than once?
No. Each code admits one person and is checked by the organizer at the entrance. A code already checked in cannot be admitted again. Keep your codes and booking link private.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Contact the event organizer about cancellation or refund requests. This site lets organizers cancel active unpaid reservations. Refunds for paid tickets must be arranged directly; there is no online refund processing.
How is my information used?
Your name, email, optional phone number, booking details, and admission status are stored to manage your reservation and entry. Administrators can access these records. Payment card information is never collected by this site. Contact the site operator for privacy or deletion requests.
Which time zone is used?
All event and booking times are shown in Philippine time (Asia/Manila).
